- 1 pack frozen fruit (any fruit to your liking)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 30 seconds.
- Your soft serve ice cream is ready – or you can put it in the freezer if you want it to firm up a bit more.
